Vendor Information

Come join our family of holiday gift and craft vendors.  We offer an extensive marketing campaign and a history of excellent holiday shopping traffic for this popular indoor event.  As well as, Lions club hospitality, free lunch for vendors, free parking and easy access to the event building. ​Booth rentals start at only $50 and wall space, power outlets, tables and chairs available by request. ​
​**NOTE: ** This event has consistently sold out in past years. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your application and payment early. All applications must be received by October to be considered.​

​The Lions Club makes every effort to accommodate all applicants.  However, we strive to avoid product repetition and do not permit duplicate franchise consultants / distributors at the same event.  Additionally, we reserve the right to select vendors at our discretion and may revoke a vendor’s permission to attend at any time.

Application Review
Please note that your application is subject to review by the Lions Club Fair Committee. Once your application and payment are received, you will be notified via email of your product acceptance or  ejection. Please remember that you are not authorized to attend until you receive our welcome email, which will include payment confirmation, vendor information on parking, loading, and Lions Club hospitality. If your application is rejected and you would like your payment returned, please enclose a self-addressed envelope.​
